How do I order without a credit card?

We also accept checks by mail; please call us during business hours. Your order will ship after the check clears our bank. Business Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. We may miss your call if we have a local delivery scheduled, please leave a message on our answering machine and someone will call you back during business hours. We are a specialty company that delivers; we do not have an on-site location with public access.

Yes, there is a drop down menu if you click on the picture of the basket.


 

Where can I find descriptions of what is in each basket?

Click on the picture and you will see a detailed description of each item included in the basket.


 

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship all orders within 7 days of receiving your order; you will receive an email confirming payment/shipment.

 

I don't see the combination I am looking for...?

Yes, we can create a basket for any occasion. Please call us @ 828-321-4801 during business hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We will be happy to fill special order requests.

 

Can you ship overnight?

Overnight shipping is available and will be confirmed by email; when overnight express delivery is not available to select locations we may choose to ship Overnight Priority Delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee what the shipping company will be able to do. We suggest that you call customer service with these special requests at 828-321-4801 during business hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 PM.
